Rules

1. Contestants must be at least 17 years of age and no more than 24 years of age on the 31st December 2008.
2. Contestants must be at a height of at least 5' 5".
3. Contestants are not to be married nor have given birth to a child.
4. Contestants are to be of good character.
5. Contestants are not to have posed topless for any professional photographer or been published topless in any recognised publication.
6. Contestants must be a resident in England and a British Citizen.
7. Contestants, should they make it through to the LIVE final shall be required to obtain a sponsor for their sash. This shall be at a cost of £150 to the sponsor however they receive their company name on the sash, mentions throughout the evening of the LIVE final and addition, appear in the event brochure and on the website. If crowned Miss England:

1. Winner must be available to represent England at the Miss World finals 2008 (date to be announced).
2. Winner must be willing to appear on at least 5 occasions in her capacity as Miss England during her year of reign.
